The WEC-2002 is White Eagle Consulting’s line of low-leakage probe cards for Agilent 4070 series test systems and HP 4062 test systems with a White Eagle Consulting direct dock interface.
This probe card:
- Minimizes signal to guard capacitance.
- Minimizes guard to chassis capacitance.
Additionally, the WEC-2002 is an epoxy-ring-style probe card; it is more durable, withstands more abuse, and is typically more cost-effective than a ceramic-blade-style probe card. To minimize the parasitics, the probe card needs to be outfitted using special low-leakage techniques. Please contact us for vendor recommendations.
The WEC-2002 comes in two models:
WEC-2002-1:
This is a combo probe card that supports both the Agilent 4070 series test systems and HP 4062 test systems with a White Eagle Consulting direct dock interface. The WEC-2002-1, in conjunction with the White Eagle Consulting direct dock interface (WEC-04085), can help you migrate your test floor of HP 4062s to Agilent 4070 test systems.
WEC-2002-2:
This card was designed specifically for Agilent 4070 series test systems. (This card does not support the White Eagle Consulting direct dock interface).
